Shipping Policy

FORGEMEN ships to customers in the United States and selected European countries.

Available Destinations and Exclusions

We currently ship to the United States and the following European countries: Germany, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.

We do not currently ship to countries or regions not listed above. If checkout does not offer a shipping method to your address, we cannot ship to that address at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the destination and available shipping method.

  • United States Standard Shipping: approximately 15–20 business days
  • United States Express Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days, where available
  • Europe Standard Shipping: approximately 15–25 business days
  • Europe Express Shipping: approximately 7–10 business days, where available

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Available shipping methods and shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Not every shipping method is available for every destination.

Shipping Origin

Orders may ship directly from our international fulfillment partners. FORGEMEN does not promise local warehouse delivery in every destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Where taxes and duties are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
