Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when choosing your FORGEMEN size. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, contact us with your height, weight, and usual size.

Return Window

  • European Union customers: You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
  • United States customers: You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us first at support@forgemen.pro with your order number and the reason for return.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging and tags where applicable

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Address

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Depending on your location and the product, we may provide a return address in Germany, Poland, Spain, or another available return location. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed.

Return Shipping Costs

For size preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every item or destination. If you need a different size, contact us first and we will advise the best option.

Non-returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without approval
  • Final sale items where clearly stated
  • Gift cards
